Ruth's garden

The flowers showing are only a fraction of the flowers that Ruth is growing. We have a real vegetable garden this year also as I dug a trench three feet deep and put in metal to keep out the tree roots. Also I put up a 7 foot high mesh to keep out the deer and rabbits. The peonies Ruth is holding are 7 inches in diameter and are the largest that she has grown. The last picture is the pond with four of the five goldfish that we have. They are not as pretty as Amber's.

pretty flowers- pretty mommy ;) I need to post pictures of our flowers- they are incredible this year with all the rain we are getting- incredible as in actually living as opposed to all the other years we've tried.

Wow, that's looking really nice. What veggies are you growning anyway?

Our garden produced more fruit then veggies. Cherries, apple, red current, raspberries, strawberries. The tomatos should be good by now and mom said something about cucumbers an zuccini. And I hope for black berriesn when I get back, we have loads of them this year.

Thanks for visiting my blog!
Ruth's garden looks AMAZING!!
I myself do not have a green thumb AT ALL, so it's nice to see that the world of flowers and veggies still goes on without me.
