Mailbox touchup

I meant to include a picture of the repainted mailbox . I had to do some repair work on it since it was looking pretty shabby. The snowplow hit it twice this past winter so it is a little bent up.

Last Sunday we had the Wohlberg family over for dinner after worship service. Mike and Penny and their two sons, Logan and Geron came and they brought their motorbikes with them. The last picture is Mike on Ruth's 21 speed bike.

That reminds me of another certain motorbike on the property, Ian's and speaking of mishaps like the snowplow crashing into the mailbox, it also reminds me of another certain crash... oh, yeah, I wasn't supposed to mention that was I! ha, ha. I never thought I'd like motorbikes, but I got to drive a scooter in Africa and Ian's dirt bike at the acreage and LOVED them! So much fun to drive. Way better than even a standard. Having to actually manipulate things to drive is so much more exciting. Of course, cruise and automatic is convenient, helpful and my choice now having kids to deal with too, which brings enough challenge!

Angela, aren't you glad that Canadians aren't such flag wavers like the Americans. Of course the reason that there is a flag on my mailbox is that the other two choices when I went to buy a mailbox were really ugly.
Love you lots
