City water is coming/Jennifer's birthday/snow

We have had a crew burrowing in a one inch water line to the house and a three inch line in the ditch to bring us city water hopefully by this fall. Jennifer had her birthday party on May 5 and Yoyo bought her an ice-cream cake. Ruth's sister Joan and her husband George Williamson were able to be here for her birthday party so that was great. And we had a late spring snowfall that brought about an inch of snow unexpectedly.

so good to see auntie, uncle and everyone. Don't like the snow picture as much-what are we getting ourselves into? It's near 100degrees here, so it would be nice if we could make an average of the two temps ;)

Well technically an average of the two temperatures would probably around 30+ degrees. But that's because temperature is measured in all the wrong scales for doing math such as averages. You'd have to switch to Kelvin and then you loose all the fun of the fancy numbers in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
